In 2022, North America faced a labour shortage with 10.4 million job openings in the US alone. But there was one overlooked workforce waiting to be hired — The Down syndrome community. However, traditional hiring methods don't work for people with Down syndrome, so we set out to find a better way to help them get hired by changing where managers and recruiters searched for talent—LinkedIn.
