When this campaign launched, there were only 12 IKEA stores in Canada. People who wanted IKEA furniture would have to drive hours to get to a nearby store. So IKEA created the Pick-Up and Order Points, a faster way for Canadians to get IKEA goods closer to home. And to launch, they made their shipping fee, a flat rate of only $20.
